At <\/span>Lifting Group<\/strong>, we have been closely collaborating with <\/span>Serhs Food<\/strong> since early 2015 to define and strengthen their <\/span>brand communication<\/strong> strategy<\/strong>.<\/b> Leveraging our expertise and strategic focus in the digital channels, we have significantly improved their online presence and increased visibility across all existing company channels.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the onset of our <\/span>partnership<\/strong>, we faced the challenge of consolidating <\/span>Serhs Food’s brand<\/strong> in its <\/span>target marke<\/strong>t<\/strong>, aiming to generate <\/span>greater recognition, visibility<\/strong>, and bolster its <\/span>positioning<\/strong>. Throughout the <\/span>years of our relationship with Serhs Group and in particular with Serhs Food<\/strong>,<\/b> we have successfully achieved the established objectives at each project stage, thanks to the efforts of our <\/span>Marketing Outsourcing<\/strong> \u00a0teams and, our creative agency, <\/span>Imagine Creative Ideas.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some of the actions we have undertaken include producing high-quality video recordings that have proven as effective as conveying the <\/span>brand’s<\/strong> key messages.<\/strong> These videos were crafted to create impact and <\/span>generate awareness<\/strong> in the target market. Additionally, we conducted mystery shopping tactics to evaluate and enhance the <\/span>customer experience<\/strong>, helping us identify areas of opportunity and ensure <\/span>customer satisfaction<\/strong> in every interaction.<\/span><\/p>\n

From the beginning, we understood the importance of developing a <\/span>comprehensive communication plan<\/strong> that could reflect <\/span>Serhs Food’s<\/strong> unique identity and, at the same time, resonate with its<\/span> target audience.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The <\/span>Serhs Food<\/strong> project, along with the launch of the new brand <\/span>“Take Eat Easy,”<\/strong> has not been the sole focus of our work over these years.
