The model of <strong>SOREA<\/strong> is based on the excellence of the service provided to all customers: homes and companies, as well as the sustainable use of all the water resources available.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW DOES LIFTING GROUP DEVELOP THE DIGITAL BILLING COMMUNICATION PROJECT AND INCLUDE A DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROCESS FOR SOREA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sorea<\/strong> has requested the services of <strong>Lifting Group<\/strong> to carry out the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.holafacturadigital.com\/\">Digital Billing project<\/a><\/u>. An integrated process of incorporation of Digital Transformation into the customer bill, to improve and move forward towards greater efficiency, and facilitate the digitalized processes of the company.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of this <strong>Digital Transformation<\/strong> project, by passing the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.holafacturadigital.com\/formulari\/\">Digital Billing challenge <\/a><\/u>, was to ensure that as many customers as possible pass to digital billing to facilitate their procedures, queries and interaction with the company, by enhancing the mechanisms of digital communication.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>experts in Consultancy<\/strong> at Lifting Group developed a <em>user circuit (customer journey)<\/em> by defining different phases for the user:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Newsletter<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The aim of the first phase of the circuit was to create an appeal and initial contact with the user, with a <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.liftingroup.com\/email-marketing\">campaign of Email Marketing<\/a><\/u>, by means of an attractive and convenient challenge for the user, with one clear message: <strong>\u201cWelcome to the Digital Challenge\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Microsite<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In a second phase, a <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.holafacturadigital.com\/\">microsite<\/a><\/u> was prepared, offering the users information about the digital challenge, <strong>\u201cHello Digital Billing\u201d,<\/strong> proposing specific benefits to facilitate procedures relating to the billing. These benefits of digital billing are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saving time<\/li>\n<li>Care for the environment<\/li>\n<li>Facilitating and simplifying the billing process for the user<\/li>\n<li><em>Be smart:<\/em> the customer can manage and control their own consumption<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact form<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the last phase of the user circuit, the user facilitates the information necessary to be able to opt for digital billing.
