<\/p>\nThis month we held a conference with all the Lifting Group team to present the results of 2016 and objectives for 2017.<\/p>\n
With the slogan Memento Auere Semper (Remember to always take risks) the Lifting Group “fired the starting gun” to celebrate their 10th anniversary. Lifting Group was founded in 2007 and over the last 10 years we have continued to grow not only in sales but in quality and size of our teams and number of clients.\u00a0 This has not only involved a great effort by all but also involved risks that have allowed us to consolidate our objectives.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
For the last 3 years focusing on the implementation of a work methodology and consolidation of the service, we are have reached another turning point where we have decided to take an important step mainly in size to strength the strategic contribution to our clients and also improve the benefits for the entire Lifting Group team.<\/p>\n
To do this we are going to work together with the different teams on internal organization and roles to ensure that all ![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.liftingroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Agencia-Marketing-Management-Outsourcing-Lifting-Group-evento-10-a\u00f1os.webp\")
our new recruits in the teams take on roles that facilitate them adding value as well as being able to define career plans for each one. The training Academies shall be by job position and focused on Strategy and Operations since we know that our contribution to this approach is important to our clients.<\/p>\n
Over the next 3 months we are going to begin the Summer Lifting Olympics<\/strong> where all our teams are going to compete and enjoy a day together in teams selected by the group.<\/p>\n We shall tell you more over the following weeks but I am excited about seeing how these Olympics are going to unfold since not only are we going to learn things but we are also going to have a great time.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" This month we held a conference with all the Lifting Group team to present the results of 2016 and objectives for 2017.
