CMDSport doubles its web traffic thanks to a bespoke Digital Strategy

CMDSport is a magazine “for those who live sport with passion”. CMDSport offers key information  for all sports practitioners and fans who would like to find interesting information about the world of sport or share experiences.
The magazine has an online edition, a printed edition and weekly newsletters, to put the best and most complete information about the current sporting panorama in the hands of the whole family. Furthermore, CMDSport is not only for the end user: it is an essential tool for professionals in the world of sport. Thanks to constant updating, it allows professionals to be fully informed at all times so they can take appropriate decisions.

CMDSport is a client who has trusted in Lifting Group for the last 4 years; when CMDSport made contact with Lifting  Group our team of consultants began to work on the development of a web responsive design to successfully improve the visibility and positioning of the brand.
In parallel, at Lifting Group we carried out a Digital Strategy based on the onsite optimisation of the page and on developing an SEO strategy to increase the organic traffic to the page and generate a rise in the number of subscribers.

This year, 2017, Lifting Group attained higher organic web traffic in  comparison with the same period a year earlier (January-October), the total web page traffic rising by 94.10%. .
Likewise, by means of the Digital Strategy which is being implemented, a proposal to improve the business strategy in the Digital Channel has been put forward through a monetization analysis in which, among other measures, with an SEO proposal using the system AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) which will enable capture of more traffic at an online level, in addition to having a competitive advantage in Google News, which will boost the visibility of the news of CMD Sport considerably.
