With the new season well and truly begun, we here at Lifting Group have had a very positive and busy September! To start with, we attended Paris Retail Week 2016, an event that, in only its second year, has already consolidated itself as the benchmark event in the world of French retail and e-commerce. We have also been to the Madrid E-show, together with the main players in the sector and one of our clients, who exhibited at the event.
This month also saw us expand our teams in Barcelona and Valencia, welcoming new clients who have placed their trust in us not only with Consulting work, but also Outsourcing and Digital Projects.
September has flown by, but it has left us with new initiatives and important projects that we hope to be able to tell you more about in the next few weeks.
I would particularly like to mention that more and more media references from the business and marketing worlds and from Digital Channels are contacting us, to get our specialist point of view. This is very important to us, because, given that we do not have a dedicated sales team promoting our services – but rather, all commercial activity goes through the Lifting Group Corporate Team – the fact that the media helps us to reach our potential clients serves as a great boost to us. Our work methodology does not allow us to just grow unchecked. Before starting work with a new client, a team is already assigned to them. Unlike other business models where new teams are taken on for entire projects, we prefer to grow alongside our clients.
For this reason, continual professional development for our teams is essential, and this month we also held one of our “Email Marketing Academy” workshops, which has helped to review performance improvements in our clients’ campaigns.
And so September ends, and October starts: The last quarter of the year and the one with the most campaigns and key dates in communication: Hallowe’en, Christmas campaigns, Black Friday… And the quarter in which investments in media, in POS and in promotions are greatest, and therefore, where we can expect to see the best results and return on income from campaigns.
